Easily track the financial activity of your investment properties. We provide monthly and annual accounting statements. By the 15th of every month, you will receive our monthly owner’s statements, which details all income and expense activity.
While we thoroughly screen all tenants, occasionally a tenant who needs to be evicted. We handle all evictions in compliance with state and local landlord/tenant laws. We promptly initiate evictions when tenants do not pay rent or are in breach of lease terms. Evictions are handled in the fastest possible time frame, to minimize costs and get the property leased again.
